The Oat Box Converted Horsebox North Coast Ireland

Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

Unique IgluPod near Sligo

Tranquillity meets luxury glamping in our stunning IgluCabin, perched high in the hills near Geevagh, 20 mins from Sligo town. Sitting above the valley we are always stunned by the silence and sunsets that bless our location. The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. Traditional craftwork inside and out.

This cosy apartment is a short walk from ballyhaise village and 6km from cavan town. There is a regular bus into cavan town. It is a perfect place to stay when exploring tourist attractions in the Midlands or going to a wedding in one of Cavans hotels or just for a quiet break The self contained apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a self-catering break. The hosts are happy to answer any questions about the apartment or the local area. Cot and highchair available.

If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Hobbit House - Unique Quirky Grass Roof House

The Hobbit House is set within an orchard along side 3 yurts. Its grass roof and quirky round door entrance are reminiscent of The Hobbit. The Hobbit House sleeps up to 6. There are two handcrafted King size beds (which can also sleep as four singles) for a friends getaway. It also sleeps two singles, so is perfect for large families. A travel cot can also be provided on request. Private dry composting toilet and hot outdoor shower for those staying in The Hobbit House.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Accessed via a private rope bridge, a hot tub, outdoor net/hammock, outdoor shower built for two and super king bed complete with glass roof for star gazing. All fully controlled by voice commands.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.

Luxury Truck Lodge with Private Pool

This is a unique space, tastefully decorated, cozy and relaxing, a little haven, on a mature site, surrounded by lovely gardens. It contains a king size bed, sitting area and TV, kitchen and a bathroom/shower. A generous patio, with a table and chairs. It has all modern conveniences, inc fibre broadband, a selection of TV channels, a blue tooth speaker to listen to your music. You also have access to a private swimming pool and sauna.
