Minutes from Historical Downtown Tarpon Springs and Sponge Docks. Touristic area with restaurants, shopping & 2 beaches (10 min drive). This historical farmhouse was built in 1918 & completely renovated. Lovely front porch with swing, open floor plan with a modern kitchen, formal dining, 2 large bathrooms with shower & tub, 1st FLOOR. Butlers pantry/ laundry room. The outdoor area has a huge deck, with plenty of seating, lounge swing, gas fire pit, outdoor kitchen, gas grill & 65" Roku TV.

Cooper Cottage: Cozy, Convenient and Comfortable

Cooper Cottage is for cyclists, boaters, beach goers or those who just want to relax! The Cottage is the front half of a duplex in downtown Tarpon with all the amenities including bikes and beach gear! Walk/bike to Restaurants, Churches, Museums and Parks in under 12 minutes or drive to Fred Howard Beach or Sunset Beach in 7 minutes! Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue.

Waterfront studio w/Hot Tub and Putting Green

Studio Apartment on ground level. Direct access to Gulf of Mexico w/short boat/kayak ride. Queen-size bed and pullout sofa. Microwave, coffee maker, stove top, refrigerator/freezer, 62" Smart TV, gas BBQ. Hot tub (only available from Oct 1st-May 31st) Enjoy the sun, beautiful nature of Anclote River with 3 kayaks and 3 paddle boards. Daily sightings of dolphins, manatees and many species of birds passing by. Fish right off the sea wall. Beach is a short 2-miles away. Overnight boat docking.

Our Gemini Place: Comfort & Charm in Old Tarpon

Welcome to Gemini Place, a cool, quiet 2/2 filled with an easy charm. This solid 1,100- sq. ft house is in the heart of old Tarpon and is a perfect, simple escape for a few days, a few weeks or longer. The north-facing house sits on a one-way brick street and is an easy walk to everything in this quaint, Greek-flavored town. We are close to some of the best beaches in the U.S. We're pet friendly but do have restrictions and a fee that is determined by several factors. Please inquire.

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.
