Valgusküllane kahetoaline 41 m2 suurune korter asub Riia kvartalis. Kesklinn on jalutuskäigu kaugusel ning lähedal asuvad mitmed suurepärased söögikohad. Lähedal asuvad Vanemuise teatrimajad ja muuseumid jm. vaatamisväärsused. Korteris on 180 cm laiune mugav voodi. Elutoas asuva diivani magamisosa laius on 140 cm. Köögis on ahi koos mikrolaineahjuga, külmik koos sügavkülmikuga, ekspressomasin, röster, veekeetja. Korteriga tuleb kaasa tasuta parkimiskoht hoone all asuvas küttega garaažis.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.
