Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

The Nineteenth Vineyard Accommodation

The Nineteenth is spacious, modern, inviting and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring two large king sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive open plan living and kitchen area, The Nineteenth has been fitted out with all the necessary luxury items to make it your home away from home. All rooms open out on to an expansive deck and have views overlooking vineyards, farmland and a golf course. A courtyard with BBQ is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

We offer a private Suite with sea views, a well-appointed bedroom with a king bed. French doors open onto a patio with outdoor seating. A cosy breakfast room with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet room. You have plenty of off-street parking with access directly into the place for your private use. Suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

We have just refreshed the apartment with new carpet and blackout thermal curtains for your comfort. Access down the stairs is straight onto the walking path and beach. This place is perfect for a peaceful romantic getaway or a launch pad for the adventures that await nearby.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

Tawhitinui is situated on a little peninsula at the end of Elaine Bay Road, with awe-spiring views of Tawhitinui Reach. BBQ your catch on the expansive timber deck surrounded by flora and fauna before enjoying some star gazing or checking out the bioluminescence. Lounge around the infinity pool after a day of fishing, walking, paddle boarding, or relaxing in this tranquil retreat.

This one bedroom unit is conveniently located on Hardy St right in the centre of Nelson City. With just a short stroll (650m) to the centre of town, where you have a multitude of restaurants and bars to choose from. Head the other way two minutes and you've got the Maitai River and the centre of New Zealand walking track.
