It has your own private hot tub overlooking the lake, enclosed garden and private fishing peg at the end of the garden! It has the most amazing views, especially at sunset and sunrise. So if you want to relax in the hot tub whilst the hubby fishes all day this caravan is for you! It is in a great location, only a five minute walk from the main complex, swimming pools, aquapark and other fishing lakes.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
