Our holiday home is in a unique location with direct river access & is a perfect spot for groups of families & friends to gather. We have fantastic outdoor living & garden. With a boat ramp on the street, it's perfect for boating, trout fishing or any water activities such as water skiing. One bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no oven or cook top. The lounge has a heat pump for those brisk Taupo winters. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, beautiful views of the Waikato river from bedroom window and the lounge. Everything you need for a great breakaway from a busy life. There is a relaxing deck where you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine and enjoy the view. PLEASE NOTE: - NO smoking or vaping on the property.

This is a studio across a courtyard from the main house which is a lovely villa set in a large formal rose garden on the banks of Waikato River. There is a good sized room with queen size bed and seating area plus en suite bathroom and kitchenette, and access to a barbecue. There is a Beauty Therapy clinic on the property. I am situated23 kms north of Taupo and so within easy travelling distance to Rotorua and all the volcanic plateau sights, plus the mountains of central North Island.

New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.
