Our holiday home is in a unique location with direct river access & is a perfect spot for groups of families & friends to gather. We have fantastic outdoor living & garden. With a boat ramp on the street, it's perfect for boating, trout fishing or any water activities such as water skiing. This is a studio across a courtyard from the main house which is a lovely villa set in a large formal rose garden on the banks of Waikato River. There is a good sized room with queen size bed and seating area plus en suite bathroom and kitchenette, and access to a barbecue. There is a Beauty Therapy clinic on the property. I am situated23 kms north of Taupo and so within easy travelling distance to Rotorua and all the volcanic plateau sights, plus the mountains of central North Island.

Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees and bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. We’ve had many return guests.
