Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, beautiful views of the Waikato river from bedroom window and the lounge. Everything you need for a great breakaway from a busy life. There is a relaxing deck where you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine and enjoy the view. PLEASE NOTE: - NO smoking or vaping on the property.

This is a studio across a courtyard from the main house which is a lovely villa set in a large formal rose garden on the banks of Waikato River. There is a good sized room with queen size bed and seating area plus en suite bathroom and kitchenette, and access to a barbecue. There is a Beauty Therapy clinic on the property. I am situated23 kms north of Taupo and so within easy travelling distance to Rotorua and all the volcanic plateau sights, plus the mountains of central North Island.
