Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Our place is in a quiet cul de sac with easy parking, we are close to the beach & Bayfair Mall. You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

Luxury Lakes Airbnb.

This new studio apartment has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking available. Breakfast is not provided.

The Beach House

The Beach House is a perfect location for a weekend retreat. Gorgeous separate studio unit with kitchenette, ensuite and spacious living. Off street parking and an outdoor area to relax. A short stroll to Marine Parade beach and the popular Tay Street cafe. Only 2kms to Mount Maunganui township with boutique shopping, bars & restaurants. If exercise is your thing, enjoy a stroll around the Mount (Mauao) or for spectacular views, there are several tracks to the top to suit any fitness level.

Enjoy the best Papamoa has to offer in our comfortable private guest wing in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the beach. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Beach Front Mount Maunganui

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. Washing machine available.

Omanu Seaside Studio

One bedroom downstairs studio in a great location. Perfect for a work stay or a couple wanting to enjoy this beautiful area. Two minute walk to the beach or a short stroll to a cafe, dairy, takeaways and patrolled swimming area. Mount Main Street or Bayfair are also only a few minutes drive away. Open plan living and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Lounge opens onto deck and off street parking available.

Oak Grove - Fantastic central avenue location.

Located in a quiet leafy cul de sac in the central avenues, this suite is on the ground floor of a family home. Short stroll to a variety of eateries, takeaways, supermarkets, local colleges, QEII, and Tauranga Hospital. Enjoy privacy and security with your own access and a fully fenced backyard. Warm and sunny this is a great place to come and relax and enjoy what Tauranga has to offer!

Our newly refurbished self-contained guest suite has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing break. The newly built deck is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun! When our adult children flew the nest, we were left rattling around in a big house! We decided to convert the space for guests ....and "The Hylton" was born!

Recently refurbished with modern decor, fresh new linens, and kitchen ware. glorious water views, changing with the tides. The bird life is amazing always something new to watch. Very close to CBD 3.7km, Bus stop 5 mins walk. No electric car charging unless previously arranged with a small charge.
