We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto 奢华质朴优雅

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Meet our pet farm animals, hand feed Mr Chips & Ivy (Flemish giant rabbits), chickens, Mara & Wednesday (our pet goats), Larry, Emily ( sheep) & Piglet & Rosie (pet cows). Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
