It's a modern waterfront property, professionally designed and architected to be more than the traditional cottage. Relax in complete privacy on your own 50 acre private estate surrounded by nature as you enjoy hotel-style amenities and Endy mattresses in every bedroom. Enjoy thousands of feet of private shoreline on the deep, clean waters of Canoe Lake. Sadly, we cannot accommodate weddings.

Features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, high-speed FIBE internet, and a 50" TV. Located at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, just 15 minutes from Kingston and steps from walking trails. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, sleeps up to 8 with plenty of parking. Your lakeside oasis awaits!

3 BR Lakefront Beach Retreat; Hot Tub, Fire Pits!

Relax with the whole family at this cozy lakefront property. Complete with your very own sandy beach, kayaks, hot tub, and multiple outdoor dining and fire pit options, this cottage nestled in the Canadian wilderness is a must-visit! Whether you're coming during the summer to enjoy swimming in the clear water at Bob's Lake or you're searching for a cozy winter escape, look no further. Close to the K&P trail system, hiking, snowmobiling, and water sports, adventure and relaxation await!

The Sheriff's Quarters

Experience a serene stay in our cozy 3rd-floor apartment, with views of the Tay River in historic Perth. Unwind in modern comfort amidst heritage charm. Explore local attractions or relax on the deck of Coutts Cafe on the main floor. **Please note there are 3 flights of stairs which might be difficult to use for those with mobility concerns.** No designated parking but public parking lot adjacent to building. $1.50/hr from 9:00-5:00 weekdays - no overnight charge and free on weekends.

Eco-yurt riverfront, soaker tub, secluded, private

This is a romantic getaway for two on the banks of the Tay, 10 minutes West of Perth, Ontario. Secluded and quiet with private swimming access to the river where it slows and flows over a large flat rock bed. Fully solar, this 20 foot diameter yurt has a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, propane “wood” stove, T.V. and Starlink wifi access and fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea service with a Keurig or bodom. Off season and winter rental is available without running water. (see below)

Heritage Stone House & Spa on the Rideau Canal

Experience heritage and relaxation! Stay in this beautifully renovated 1827 stone home on the Rideau Canal, accommodating up to 14 guests. Enjoy kayaking to Merrickville, book farm experiences nearby, or unwind in our new sauna and cold plunge. Watch boats glide by from the deck, soak in the serene setting, and make memories with friends and family. Lyncreek Cottage

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.

Idyllic waterfront home sauna hot tub, hygge style

Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

Floor-to-ceiling windows grace our cottage, seamlessly merging the interior with the wild outside. The surrounding forest and lake becomes a living mural, inviting nature into the heart of this cozy cottage overlooking a peaceful lake. At night, the windows transform into portals to a starlit canvas. Rideau Retreat

Located on the Big Rideau Lake. Right on the water. Relax on the dock with your morning coffee. This Log Home will give you and your family an experience of a life time. You can relax outside by the fire pit, sing songs, roast marshmallows. The Log Home has everything you need for your stay! There is so much to do with you and your loved ones. Take a kayak ride from out dock feel energized or use Rideau Retreat as a Bridal Suite.
