Huge, sunny bedroom with queen bed, port-a-cot (if needed) and built in wardrobe with allocated space for your belongings. Also, combined lounge/dining with quality furniture and large screen TV. Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. We are happy to share knowledge of the local area and amenities with you and invite you for a sunset drink on the upstairs balcony or leave you peacefully alone to discover the beauty of Port Stephens for yourselves. View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Enjoyable even on rainy days - relax on the leather chaise and watch a video or curl up in the sunny corner with a good book

Corlette apartment with 5 min walk to beach.

We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Lemon Tree Cottage

Depending on availability we are happy to discuss early access and/or later departure times. This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and beautifully presented. Linen, bath and beach towels provided and bed made. There is a construction site next door though the noise is minimal or if any. Portable cot available. Pet friendly. Weber Q bbq available.

Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise.
