Entire cozy basement living area and private bedroom. NEW BATHROOM! Access is through the back door of the house and down the stairs. It is separated from the rest of the house upstairs by a locked door. It does NOT have an actual kitchen, but has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Fenced backyard if you're traveling with a dog ($25 pet fee per visit). In the heart of the Millcreek area of Salt Lake City; minutes away from hiking and 30 minutes away from the best skiing in the world.

This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

With an easy in and out access to the freeways, this space is a prime choice for a relaxing visit to the Wasatch area.

Newly remodeled with every amenity including new appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher, KING bedroom, a queen tempur-pedic sofa bed and PRIVATE large full-fenced patio. This get-away has everything you will need to enjoy SLC. It's walkable to cafes, coffee shops, grocery stores and on the bus line to access to trax, hospitals, convention center and the Salt Lake Valley. Next-door duplex can also be rented!

2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
