Gollum's Cave (duplex) Now w/late checkout Sundays

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

My goal was to create a space that has a great location but heightens every one of your creative senses. In this one think "New York Boho high rise on the water". I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. In-law quarters on the lower level w/ kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed upon request.

Welcome to Grandma's House! The only thing missing is fresh baked cookies! Situated on Main Street only blocks away from Eureka College with easy sidewalk access, this house is perfect for college visits and sporting events. Less than a mile away is Eureka Lake, home of the 2019 Disc Golf World Championship along with playgrounds and beautiful walking trails. This cottage on the hill will take you back to your childhood as you enjoy a visit to grandma's house!
