This memorable place is anything but ordinary. This sleek modern tiny house is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a cozy, spacious and stylish escape. Situated next to park reserve with stunning views to the wider Fiordland for a peaceful getaway. This charming Tiny house offers a unique and comfortable stay.

Perfect for families & groups!

This home was curated to be the perfect base for your holiday. Located no more than a couple of hundred metres from the lakefront, and town centre only a few minutes drive away (or approximately a 15 minute stroll - with the option of taking the streets, or the lakefront track). Well equipped (including high chair, portacot, as well as toys, board games and lawn games), fully fenced, and beautifully furnished - we hope you enjoy! We hope our home enhances your trip to the beautiful Te Anau.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Large sliding doors both from the lounge and the bedroom lead out to the patio with stunning mountain views. Relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day exploring the scenic location. With all modern furniture and appliances this is the perfect base.

Blackwood Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway looking out over Lake Te Anau and the mountains of Fiordland. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Situated on a ten acre block just 5 minutes drive from Te Anau on your way to Milford Sound. A great place to stop on your journey whether you have been hiking through the hills or seeing the sights. Our cute but modern cottage (built 2019) is well equipped with a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. Come and enjoy the serenity!

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

The Beech House - This beautiful new home with uninterrupted lake and mountain views, only 4min from Te Anau town centre is the best place to stay in Te Anau. This three bedroom home is beautifully designed & furnished, has a huge projector for movies, a spa to look at the stars and the most beautiful views. With 11 acres to run around you wont be worried about space. 360 degree views to watch amazing sunrises plus incredible sunsets over the lake and mountains.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.

Luxurious Private Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Looking for something extra special, you won't be disappointed, this is a beautiful modern home, with the luxury comforts to make your stay memorable. This is a private, quiet place. Five minute drive to the town center. We highly recommend at least a two night stay (not essential ) but to relax and enjoy all beautiful Fiordland has to offer.

This quaint property offers the traveler a peaceful and private setting to relax in after a days exploring the wonders of the Fiordland area.

Access to Te Anau supermarket, shops and eateries a short 9 min walk or 1 min drive. 15 min walk or 2 min drive to the Fiordland National Park visitor Centre. Te Anau lake is 9 min walk or 1 min drive.
