Perfectly situated for relaxation or a work commute to Wellington or the Hutt. Once a pottery our rustic fully equipped standalone "Bunker" nowadays is a small studio/bedsit. The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Cozy and Convenient in Kelburn near Cable Car

Close to public transport, the city center, university and botanical gardens. A 2 min walk to the Cable Car to explore downtown Wellington. Victoria University is 5 mins walk away, while the Botanical Gardens border the property. Self-contained 2 bedroom flat with own bathroom and kitchenette, central heating, free wifi and separate access. Hosts live above. The Garden area has native birds and harbour views. Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Outside areas to sit and relax. On street parking. This space is ideal for guests who prefer well-planned compact living. Hosts live upstairs.

This modern, architect-designed 42m² home sits on the city fringe, in a sunny, private garden setting. Enter and feel instantly at home in your own hideaway. Note: you’ll need to climb 3 flights of stairs; the house is behind another property. See photos for distance reference. Rooms aren’t soundproof perforations connect bedrooms to the living area for heat, light, and air. High perforated screens give some separation. Modern studio with spa, in great location

This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

Pet friendly, parking available, close to airport

Hello! We have a guesthouse that is a 5 minute drive from airport in a serene and quiet back section. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, and adjoining bathroom. You will have your own private access, and are welcome to enjoy the garden. We live up a long driveway so parking is no problem. Coffee, tea and cereal all provided. We have a dog who lives on the property named Ralph, he is a golden retriever x poodle, please bear this in mind when booking your stay. Close to great cafes
