Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Neighbouring Hobbiton, and with beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges, we have all you need for comfort away from home. Enjoy the toast, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, fruit and milk provided for your breakfast during your stay as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer for your use.

Soak in the hot pool shielded by a tropical garden or watch a favourite movie with a glass of wine. The main wedding venues and most of the island’s wineries are within easy striking distance. The Gatehouse is a short stroll to beautiful Little Oneroa beach. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to Oneroa's cafes, shops, bars and beach.
