Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

The Retro Room - Guest Suite in Pyes Pa

The Retro Room is inspired by my love of the 50’s with original items. The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Kotare Lakeside Studio

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Right on the edge of the beautiful lake Rotoiti. Relax to the sound of the lapping waves and native bird song. We welcome you to our home in Pukehina, newly built self-contained unit abutting the garage of our home. The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.
