Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

The Big Little House

Come and make yourself at home in the relaxing lakeside village of Okere Falls. Enjoy our beautiful tiny home with easy access to the surrounding sights of Okere Falls and Lake Rotoiti. Great trout fishing on the lake and river, Cafe and beer garden 2 minutes walk away, the iconic Okere and Tutea Falls walking track, where you may even see rafters and zipliners seeking thrills. Or just enjoy the sunny micro climate of the front yard.
