The tranquil self-contained cottage is located on a 4.22ha property, which operates as Restore Balance Yoga Retreat Centre throughout the year. Over 3 hectares of the property is pristine native forest, encouraging fabulous bird life and located across the road from a great swimming hole in the Motueka Valley River.
