You will be a hop & step from cafes, restaurants, and the local ferry. The beaches are minutes away. This light filled little house on our property has a lovely lounge dining area, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a beautiful bathroom. The bungalow is also surrounded by a lovely garden. The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Our past visitors have described it as divine. The cottage is located on the Myall River only a few minutes drive from the Bulahdelah township and the Pacific Highway. The River Cottage is located within 30 minutes drive of the pristine beaches in the Mid Coast along with easy distance to the National Park.

Located on the banks of the Myall River at Bulahdelah, " Riversedge too " offers a riverside retreat on the edge of town overlooking the surrounding farmland and forests. With navigable water to the Myall Lakes, the property is ideal for canoeists, bike riders and bird watchers - the world famous Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes National Park and coastal surfing beaches are all a short distance away. The detached cottage has been specifically designed for privacy views, and relaxation.

HighTide is a purpose built apartment and is relatively new to the holiday rental market. The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.
