Recognized by the Detroit News as one of Michigan's Dream Homes, there is plenty to enjoy outside and in- including a grand dining room with space for 12, and the many outdoor gathering spaces- front porch overlooking the Detroit River, 2 decks, patio + canal.

On the other side of the house there is a public tennis court. There are bars and restaurants nearby. 3 km away there is a shopping center and markets. 10 km away is the airport and inside the house, Netflix and internet can be used unlimitedly. Please note that this house is a basement.
