The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe.
