Orchard cottage. A rural delight close to the sea

Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

The Gardeners Cottage was recently renovated to the highest standard to create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in Wellswood Village with its quaint shops and pub the Cottage also has direct access onto the Southwest coastal path and is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Anstey's Cove. Featuring a sitting room with 55" tv, master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes, bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen/breakfast rm with bi-fold doors leading onto a private garden.

Clearwater View barn has jaw-dropping panoramic waterfront views & benefits from a private, south facing garden with sun deck, barbecue & fire pit overlooking local beaches & the ocean to the east with the Dartmoor countryside to the west. This luxurious detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & boasts a roaring wood burner (perfect for those snuggly winter evenings), private drive & free parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation.

Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 10 minutes walk. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Please note electric car £10 per charge.

Spacious, light and well equipped one bedroom apartment (single fold out bed in lounge for 3rd person) located on the ground floor with its own small garden boasting views up the River Teign towards Dartmoor and the bonus of private parking. Situated in a quiet residential area only a 5-10 minute walk from the park, beach and village centre. Bed linen, towels and basic first necessities are provided. Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Completely enclosed garden (Dog & small children safe). I don't charge a cleaning fee. A local host. I'm overwhelmed by the lovely reviews received by my guests.
