Outdoor areas are at the back, front and side of the house so there is always a sheltered spot to be outdoors.

D'Archiac Studio

D'Archiac Studio has a beautiful feel with views to the surrounding hills and mountains It is a very short walk to the village centre yet far enough away to be peaceful. The studio is downstairs in a residential home and has its own entrance and outdoor area with bbq. There is a small kitchenette with air fryer, cooktop and rice cooker. You are welcome to use the adjacent games room with pool table, table soccer, washing machine - these are shared with the owners who are upstairs.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Welcome to our apartment style retreat, a newly renovated, well appointed accommodation for two. There is an open plan living area with a queen bed and kitchenette, separate bathroom with a toilet and shower, total area 18 square meters. The apartment flows on to a north facing deck boasting views of Mt Dobson. The retreat is located down the end of the drive at the rear of the property, with its own separate parking for guests.

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
