Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends.
