This charming three-season retreat offers a cozy retreat for two and a serene escape from the hustle of everyday life. In the summer, the gentle slope into the water makes swimming accessible for all ages, while fishing and boating adventures remain favorite pastimes for our guests. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge.

Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. The soft sand beach is perfect for swimming and boasts the best sunset views Ontario has to offer. Located right in the city and a short 2-minute walk to some of the best restaurants and patios in the city.
