The double sofa bed suited for children up to age 12. Suitable for those with mobility issues. Pet friendly. Allowing for one house-trained dog. No gas - we have electric heaters.

Situated in a quiet residential area, our newly renovated, modern annex is just 10 minutes walk from town centre. It sleeps 2+1 and comprises of double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC, well equipped kitchen/ living room with a sofa bed and a TV. Outside there is a small seating area with table and chairs. Parking is on site. Charger for EV also available for a small charge One, small and well behaved dog is welcome (please let us know if you are planning to bring your dog)
