Relax and unwind with the whole family/group of friends at this peacefully rural, modern and spacious apartment. Secluded private entrance, car park for 5/6 cars with outside patio and dining space with large BBQ 6 bedrooms (2 en-suite bathroom/shower room), lounge, kitchen, open planned stairs and hallway Cleaning, linen and towel hire inc. For stays over 7 nights a further additional linen charge is applicable. Fantastic for large family’s, walkers and cycling groups (storage available).

The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

Romantic Riverside Retreat
Located just 50 metres from Wivenhoe Dry Dock within a stones throw to the river. Oyster Reach is a ground floor apartment, with private parking right outside (rare in Wivenhoe). It’s just been fully refurbished and boasts a beautiful large master bedroom, kitchen dinner with bio fire “log burner” in the living room. If you want to work there is a second bedroom that is set up for an office/home working. Close to the hustle and bustle of Wivenhoe but tucked away in Mulberry Harbour Way.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

Waterfront self-contained apartment for couples or business travellers in a prime position on Felixstowe seafront. Your apartment occupies the entire ground floor of my home. You have your own key box next to your front door. Parking opposite is free. Directly opposite is the promenade and sandy beach, neighbouring bars, restaurants, take-aways, Spa Pavilion and Pier; and high street stores (Tesco, Iceland, Boots, WH Smith), Banks, Post Office and independent arts and crafts.

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. A nice bottle of wine and nibbles will be waiting to welcome you (plus tea, coffee and biscuits).

It’s located in the heart of Ipswich where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The Waterfront is also just a short walk away. Ipswich train station providing quick access to London, Norwich, Felixstowe and the Suffolk countryside is just a 15 minute walk.
