There is a cosy sitting room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cloakroom with washer/dryer. It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.

Wayside cottage is an end of terrace property which is 150 years old, located in the historic village of St Osyth. It is situated in between the village centre, where you will find all the necessary amenities, and Mill Dam Lake, where you will find water sport activities, scenic walks and bike rides. The cottage has been completely renovated to retain all the original quirky features of wonky ceilings, old exposed beams and original gate doors. The rooms are cosy and inviting.

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away.
