You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place in the heart of the Suffolk countryside with wood fired hot tubs , outside alfresco dinning areas with pizza oven , grill , bar and wood fired patio heater. Each hut has its own gated area with parking right next to the huts. Both huts have Hypnos mattresses for that perfect nights sleep. Each hut has underfloor heating and wood burning stoves so they are cosy all year round and both hut are Immaculately clean for your stay on the farm

Countryside Retreat

Enjoy the lovely setting of this small beautifully renovated railway carriage. Set in a quiet location just outside the City of Colchester & close to the towns of Manningtree & Dedham. With an enclosed garden & lovely views out across the fields it’s the perfect place to relax & unwind whilst the log burner keeps you toasty warm. You will also have sole use of the Pergola. We have a beautiful antique fire pit for you to use. We supply enough wood for a couple of hours. Extra can be bought.

Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Cosy home in Witham

Your family /group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Morrisons 5 min walk Witham train station 8 min walk with direct trains to London Liverpool Street and Stratford 40 min. Late checkout £75 applies if not requested prior to booking . Please leave any towels in the bath tub Recycling of food must be in the small green caddy by the front door. Green recycling bags are in the kitchen. Please ensure all windows are closed on departure.

Our site has shared porcelain toilets, electric showers, a full kitchen with crockery, etc. Set at the end of an old drovers track. Ideal for a peaceful, tranquil get away, you can absorb yourself in nature, or take a short walk down to the beautiful little town of Clare for pubs, cafes and curio's.

Kids can enjoy the play area with a trampoline, mud kitchen, and play shop.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

The Caravan is situated in Valley Farm Holiday Park, Clacton on Sea. Very close to the Beach, Asda 5 min. In Park facilities, Outside and Inside swimming pool, Bar, Snacks, Restaurant, Entertainment, daytime kids club, Evening Entertainment. Superb facilities include in all-weather multi-sport court. 1 mile from the Sea and Restaurant close to the Sea. Also is the famous Clacton Pier where is Entertainments for all kids and adults, live music, restaurants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our lodges are fully insulated have double glazing central heating, perfect for all year round 03 Lodges sleep up to 6 guests. They are well equipped with ensuite, television sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford which has lots of pubs and restaurants the Lodges, our own design. Dog friendly 2 well behaved dogs max per cabin.

The Bridge, 2 bed, river view, Penthouse apartment

Fully dressed, modern, open plan living, with quirky elements of decor and a nod towards the maritime element of the boat shaped building. Views down the river can be found sitting in the lounge, relaxing on the balcony or lazing in bed with a set of binoculars to see the boats travelling up and down the river.
