This tiny home Houseboat is the perfect getaway for a couple looking to spend some memorable time together. Situated just 25 minutes from BNA, the Natus Ex Spiritu is completely unique, and crafted for a relaxing stay on the water, with a nearby restuarant a walk away. Our houseboat is equipped with a double bed, transformable into a booth-style oak table, on demand hot shower with acacia wood floor, air conditioning, a propane burner stove and all the kitchen essentials for a meal for two.

Our floating lake house provides a unique way to experience nature. It is fully floating, meaning it is only accessible via boat. We will provide a canoe for your convenience to access the location. Water is filtered via a UV filter (safe for everyday activities). There is a hot water heater. There is AC, with a kitchen that has a fully functional fridge, stovetop, oven, and microwave. The living room has a flat screen with a soundbar and a blu-ray player. Many DVDs/blu-rays are provided.

The deck has a grill and patio furniture for your entertainment. A few board games. Blue ray player The place is professionally cleaned after each stay.

Tired of staying in the same old stuffy boring hotel room? So were we so we decided to own our own Houseboat on the Tennessee River, where we could walk to just about everything. The “Moonlight Madness” is docked at Volunteer Landing Marina in Knox. The marina is steps away from award winning “Ruth’s Chris” steakhouse and Calhoun’s On the River. We provide free parking pass, golf cart, 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, 2 cruiser bikes. We're in a covered slip but you can sun bath off the stern deck.

Relax on the cozy chaise sleeper sofa in the living area while watching tv or playing games. Verizon high speed Wi-Fi, Roku TV’s in every room. Private patio includes 2 chaise lounges and a bench for seating, night lighting, electric grill and place to dock your boat right at the house during your stay.

Knox Greenway walking and biking trail runs behind the marina. Neyland Stadium and Thompson Boling area are in walking distance. Pets w/approval and fee applies.

If you have a boat the launch ramp is right around the corner from the marina and is also free. Jump (or slide) right off the dock into the lake!
