Welcome to “The Casita Bonita” The pretty little house on 130 acres of pure bliss. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. The Caney Fork River borders the 63 acre farm, which connects directly to over 60,000 acres of protected wilderness where you have free access to miles of hiking trails, magical waterfalls, historic homesteads and impressive caves. At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

Cozy vintage cabin on beautiful Lake Santeetlah. Enjoy the water views from the screened in porch, dip your feet in the clear lake on the private dock, or take a kayak out to explore the coastline. In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest. We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
