My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

This unique elevated cabin is built over a natural spring and has a private rock shelter patio and fire pit area. A drop down deck creates a very open feeling punctuated by views of the stream through the trees. Built mostly from timber and stone harvested from the property the cabin features Oak hard wood floors and large glass windows and French doors. The cabin does not have a kitchen or bathroom. A large common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away.
