They are set in beautiful Kent countryside down a farm lane, but still within a short 0.5 mile walk of the historic town of Tenterden. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting and eating area. The properties are both new conversions and are built to modern building safety regulations. Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind.  Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops,  historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

Setts Wood Cottage is a spacious cottage nestled down a private, tranquil lane, only a couple of miles outside of Tenterden with views towards the church. Perfectly positioned to explore Tenterden and the surrounding villages, yet only a short drive to Rye, Camber Sands and several other beaches. Hastings and Battle are only 30 minutes away. Ashford International Station is 12 miles away with fast trains to both London and the Continent. Close to 3 well known vineyards.

There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.
