Este Apartamento 01 - Apartamento do Arco - está incluído num complexo de 6 apartamentos, o AngrA+. É um estúdio (T0), térreo e apropriado para mobilidade reduzida. Tem 40m2 e é dominado por um arco em cantaria do séc. XVII. Tem uma ampla (17m2) varanda exclusiva com mesa/cadeiras e com vista sobre o jardim, a cidade e o mar. Ocupação máxima de 2 pessoas. Os espaços comuns incluem um jardim, uma pool exterior, um salão com biblioteca e lareira, uma esplanada e uma lavandaria self-service.

The house is located on a quiet small street with a wonderful 180° panoramic view of the ocean. You and your family can enjoy the meal on a quiet and private terrace with a view of the green meadows and the ocean. You can even see cows grazing in the neighboring green fields and sunset on the right sight of terrace. Entire area of terrace is 180m2. It is a lovely place to spend a peaceful private vacation, especially for 2 families or 2 couples. Enjoy the whole house in private!

Quinta Rico - House II (AL)

Venha desfrutar da ilha Terceira num lugar calmo e acolhedor como a Quinta Rico. A Quinta Rico - House II é uma nova casa construída de raiz, com todas as comodidades e uma vista privilegiada para o mar. Poderá passear pelos seus pomares onde pode encontrar uma variedade de árvores de fruto, bem como pequenas hortas e alguns animais como galinhas, pavões, perus e coelhos. Fica à disposição dos hóspedes uma generosa piscina com um jacúzi aquecido e uma sauna exterior.

Casa nova restaurada em 2018, mantendo-se alguns pormenores da antiga moradia. Fica no 2º piso da casa e último. Tem acesso por varanda traseira a um pátio exterior, com lavandaria, duche de exterior, churrascaria e usufruto de mobiliário de jardim. Do quintal poderá ter uma vista soberba sobre parte da cidade de Angra e para as ilhas de S. Jorge e Pico. É um T1 composto por um quarto com amplas janelas tipo velux, casa de banho, cozinha e sala comum.

Banana Eco Camp is a Glamping located in the middle of a banana plantation. Here you can relax and enjoy nature at its finest. The campsite also has its own organic coffee shop. There is a lot within walking distance, such as the city of Angra do Heroísmo, restaurants and seaside pools. This cabin is equipped with one double bed with an outdoor shared kitchen and toilet In the glamping are BBQ, campfire areas and outdoor hanging nets.
