The State Street Gondo

The gondo is a small two bedroom style apartment with no stairs to climb. There is a driveway and an alley entrance and exit. There is a Dollar General, 3 gas stations and a Mexican restaurant right in our little town. We are located 10 miles from Sullivan for a small Walmart or 20 miles from Terre Haute for a super Walmart and more variety of entertainment. We are only 15 miles from Shakamak State Park if you like hiking or beautiful scenery.

Stay in boutique style at the historic Parke Hotel (1880). This 2-bedroom, 750 sq. ft. apartment features 12’ ceilings, a main bedroom with board & batten + wallpaper accents, and a soothing palette of neutrals with sage green and soft purples. Enjoy a full kitchen, sitting room, and shared laundry. Located on the square across from the courthouse, with a coffee shop in the building. Just 15 minutes to Turkey Run, Shades & Raccoon Lake.

This cozy studio apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from ISU, Rose Hulman, and the new casino. Fully renovated, it has a full kitchen, queen bed, TV with Goog TV with Chromecast and speedy Wi-Fi. It also has it's own very quiet mini-split for heating and cooling that you control. The kitchen has all you need to cook a meal, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The space is not big, but it is very comfortable! Enjoy your stay!
