The Wabash Experience

Bring everyone! There's plenty of space for everyone! This house has been recently remodeled. The kitchen has all new appliances, a gas stove, a dishwasher (yay, no dishes!) and a large stone island with all the necessities for all your cooking needs. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with 2 beds, a downstairs bedroom, and an office with an extra bed. The living room has an 85" smart TV. There is also a washer and dryer. The full bathroom has a bidet. You're ready to explore T.H. in style!

1 bedroom home located in a great neighbor hood, two big parks blocks away, walk your pets and fishing books away. ISU college Union Hospital less than a mile away. Rose-Hulman college 4.4 miles away. Saint Mary-of-the-woods college 5.5 miles away. Grocery store, restaurants and golf course just blockes away. kitchen has all utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans if you wish to cook. two tv's with Wi-Fi is provided. there is a washer and dryer. New queen size mattress and an air mattress.

College Cottage

Centrally located to 3 colleges and 2 hospitals in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy, open concept studio guesthouse is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. It features a king-sized bed as well as queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked and has a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome.

The 1938 Barn

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.

The Getaway House with Hot Tub and Pool

Enjoy the beautiful hot tub year round with the woods as your view, along with a screened-in area on the back deck and a semi-inground, heated swimming pool! Roasting marshmallows over a campfire is perfect for those cool evenings on the large concrete fire pit (firewood is available, free of charge). Metal skewers and a charcoal grill provided (bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid). Pool open 6/6 -9/7/25. This charming 2 bdrm, 1 bath home is perfect for families or couples.

The Rustic Retreat

Enjoy your stay at the Rustic Retreat. The large living room offers plenty of space for work or relaxation. Has washer/dryer. The back yard offers a grill, picnic table, extra chairs and umbrella. Roku TV and Wi-fi available. Full size bath with shower, King and Queen beds, with additional TV in the King room. The kitchen has many items for your cooking needs. Off street parking and close to many amenities. Dusk-to-Dawn light that shines over the back yard and driveway.
