The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. This idyllic village has everything on offer, a village shop, pub & play park in stunning setting.

Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

The Malvern Hills, and the new Cotswold Designer Outlet are on the doorstep, the Cotwolds Hills, Jeremy Clarkson's pub and Diddly Squat Farm are less than an hour away. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.

Two Back of Avon has recently been carefully renovated. It is now a lovely, warm, comfy large home set over 3 floors with exposed beams & great character. It comprises of main reception room, kitchen/diner, 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. This property would sleep upto 9 people.
