鬼城遗址

It took my husband nine winters to rebuild the ruin from the miners back in the 40's. It has a 10" memory full size mattress, a light, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, and an outdoor covered patio area with a refrigerator. It is rustic and special at the same time. It has an electric heater for cool nights and a small AC for warmer ones. We have WiFi on the compound, however, reception in the rock Ruin is iffy at best, reception is in the Patio area of the Ruin and common area,

Open shower with rain head and wand. Exposed rock walls, concrete floor. No chemicals used so critter sightings possible.

Experience sunrises, sunsets, silence! No tv! An authentic, one room, earthen “cob house” on 300 private acres, totally off grid, solar powered, with rainwater catchment. Hot outdoor showers under the stars, rock patios, gas stovetop, mini fridge, king size bed, covered parking, WiFi, fire pit. Tootsie the turtle lives here too! Linens, kitchen utensils and towels provided. Only 30 minutes to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua Ghost town, 20 min to Terlingua Ranch Pool and Bad Rabbit Cafe.

This is an off grid Rammed Earth home made almost entirely from natural and repurposed materials. Soak in the views while wandering over 150 acres of breathtaking terrain. The view of the stars, sunrise, and sunsets will change your life. I’ve built every bit of this home singlehandedly and hope to share it with only those who can appreciate the beauty of nature, architecture, and sustainable living. Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. Earth House is a private adobe home located within walking distance from all of the restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries in Marfa, TX. This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, desert sun chasers, star gazers, and folks looking for the relaxation of a slow West Texas pace. This 1920s traditional structure has been refurbished, yet still maintains its earthen quality that is familiar to Marfa. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs).

纳博隆 @ 拉洛马德尔奇沃

This structure was designed and built partially by the same artisan who did a good bit of the foundational work on Eve's Garden, one of the best examples of 'papercrete' building world wide and located in north Marathon. This building, named 'Na Balom' or 'Jaguar House' in Mayan was constructed in the manner of the ubitious conical structures in Southern Italy, all through desert communities in the Middle East, Africa and is comfortable for two.
