It took my husband nine winters to rebuild the ruin from the miners back in the 40's. It has a 10" memory full size mattress, a light, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, and an outdoor covered patio area with a refrigerator. It is rustic and special at the same time. It has an electric heater for cool nights and a small AC for warmer ones. We have WiFi on the compound, however, reception in the rock Ruin is iffy at best, reception is in the Patio area of the Ruin and common area,

Hot outdoor showers under the stars, rock patios, gas stovetop, mini fridge, king size bed, covered parking, WiFi, fire pit. Tootsie the turtle lives here too! Linens, kitchen utensils and towels provided. Only 30 minutes to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua Ghost town, 20 min to Terlingua Ranch Pool and Bad Rabbit Cafe.

The Blas Payne is a historically significant true mexican adobe. It has been lovingly renovated with handmade cupboards from Mexico and a wonderful patio where you can watch the sunsets. Easy walking distance to downtown and the Post Park. Blas Payne was named "the best cowboy in west Texas" by the Houston Chronicle. His great grandfather was a medal of honor winner as a trumpeter for the Army. His family were part of a group of black seminole Indians who did scouting for the Army.

Stay in one of the enormously romantic Swiss Log Cabins at Barons CreekSide. These custom built cabins have recreated a traditional Swiss mountain village along a bubbly, continuously-flowing alpine-style creek. All of the Swiss Log Cabins have a king-sized bed, a 2-person Jacuzzi tub w/shower, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private porch with rocking chairs overlooking the creek. Every kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster-oven, microwave, coffeemaker and BBQ grill.

Casa LeLe (Lay-Lay) is unique! The bedroom and bathroom are round. This design element is a nod to the Dogon architecture of West Africa. The casita features a comfy king-sized bed, high quality sheets & other linens, Keurig coffee/tea station, WiFi, a small refrigerator, microwave, ac/heat, hairdryer, indoor rain shower and a lovely bonus outdoor shower. Casa LeLe offers private parking, outdoor seating, an outdoor fire pit and has amazing views of the Chisos Mountains.

Earth House is a private adobe home located within walking distance from all of the restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries in Marfa, TX. This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, desert sun chasers, star gazers, and folks looking for the relaxation of a slow West Texas pace. This 1920s traditional structure has been refurbished, yet still maintains its earthen quality that is familiar to Marfa. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs).

纳博隆 @ 拉洛马德尔奇沃

This structure was designed and built partially by the same artisan who did a good bit of the foundational work on Eve's Garden, one of the best examples of 'papercrete' building world wide and located in north Marathon. This building, named 'Na Balom' or 'Jaguar House' in Mayan was constructed in the manner of the ubitious conical structures in Southern Italy, all through desert communities in the Middle East, Africa and is comfortable for two.
