Take a walk in the country, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book for suggestions). Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Cottage is nestled west of Davis off of a county road minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness. This charming 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home is located on a private road in a pecan grove offering a quiet place to enjoy country living. There is plenty of room to park a boat or ATV's. Enjoy evenings around the firepit in the back and watch the deer during the early morning hours. The three king size beds welcome families a restful stay at the Cottage.
