Large 5 bedroom 4 bath home situated on a 31 acre working ranch with 2 barns and pond. Great location for Weddings, Graduations, Parties, Birthdays and other events. The backyard is equipped with lighting that allows for evening functions. Ample parking for guests. We have accommodated events with 200+ guests and 50+ vehicles with optional valet parking. 3 car garage, and game room. 20 miles from Lake Texoma, 15 miles from Hagerman Wildlife Refuge An event fee applies for events with visitors

Bow Hunting Paradise/Forest Retreat-Arbuckle Lake

Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & tall living room windows. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. Please read all listing information and photos. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.
