The beautiful white-sand swimming beach is 300 metres and the main boat ramp/ferry terminal is only 700 metres - a gateway to your Coromandel adventures! Each bedroom has a queen size bed (with electric blankets) sunny open plan living and a huge front lawn - perfect for families & boat parking.

We are on the Kauaeranga Valley Rd close to all the walking tracks, so if you are wanting to walk the tracks during the day & stay with us at night the cabin would be perfect for you.

We are located 10 minutes out of Thames Township. We are the Gateway to the Coromandel .Thames township has lots of cafes and pubs with local entertainment nightly.. When staying with us you are likely to be visited by fat woodpidgeons and tuis and even the coloful laurakeets from Australia come to eat the berries on our trees. Meander thru our property to the most popular of Thames beaches at the bottom of our garden.Ngarimu Bay.

Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.

The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
