We are proud to offer this beautiful, fully refurbished bungalow with some original period features in a quiet area, just outside the town, parking for 2/3 vehicles, a good size garden and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.
