Cottage with Parking, close to Sea in Old Town

We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Westgate Seaside Retreat moments from the Beach

Norman Road, recently renovated is the perfect seaside getaway. A couples retreat or friends/family getaway for up to 7 guests be it a summer beach holiday or winter walks & relaxing in front of the fire. Blue Flag beach St. Mildred's Bay is 300 metres from the door, explore the Westgate High St shops, Margate Old Town, tennis at the nearby courts or enjoy the sun and a BBQ on the private patio. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

Grand Terraced House in Hawley Square, Margate

A large terraced house on a quiet green square, perfectly located 5 mins walk away from the beach and all Margate attractions. Prized by its guests for its comfortable beds, beautiful design, decor and plants, and excellent hosting. Built in 1835 on Hawley Square, the finest Georgian garden square in town, once the summer home to London's gentry, the house has been fully refurbished with a specialist 'light touch' conservation approach by its owner and inhabitant, architect Sam Causer.

The Wensleydale suite is suited to families and friends of up to 4. 50 inch TV in lounge, 32 inch TV in bunk bed room both of which have freeview channels , 5 seater Hot Tub and private decked court yard. The suite is crammed full of character and also benefits from a log burner and central heating to keep you nice and cosy during your stay.

Acorn Lodge @ The Oaks Retreat

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Studio flat on quiet street close to the beach

Stay on a quiet street in Broadstairs, 5 minutes walk from the station and local shops, as well as 500m from Viking Bay. This is a separate studio space attached to the main house with a bathroom, full TV services and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We can add a hob or clothes rack for longer stays as well as a small desk ideal for remote working with strong wifi. Plenty of free street parking and if needed a space on the drive

Kent Coastal Seaside Retreat

A beautiful modern two bedroom house located in a private mews in Birchington-On-Sea with dedicated parking close to the stunning Minnis Bay with it's expansive beach and access to the Viking Coastal Trail for walks to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
