Annousa's Ostria Studio with terrace & lovely view

Ostria is a spacious 2-person studio with a double king-size bed that can also accommodate a cot for an infant. The kitchen has double electric induction hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery and cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV. Private parking. The view from its private patio in the garden looks westward towards the sea, northward and southward to the beautiful hillsides which cradle the village.

Porto Nuovo Studio 2

Το Porto Nuovo Studio 2 βρίσκεται στον λιμένα θασου στον 1ο όροφο με μπαλκόνι μόλις 50 μέτρα από το νέο λιμάνι, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του λιμένα και από την παραλία! Εχει ελεύθερο παρκινγκ γύρω. Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος και απέχει 2 λεπτά από τα supermarkets Lidl, Μασούτης. Το Studio αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο με διπλό κρεβατι και καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβατι.Έχει κουζινάκι με κεραμική εστία και ξεχωριστό μπάνιο! Διαθέτει TV 32” με Wi-Fi Netflix , YouTube.

2 δωματια πληρη (με WC το καθενα) σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (kids must me 2yrs or older).

The house is located in the middle of the village, so mini market, bakery and farmacy is near the house. The sea is at 150 m.

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.

Cozy 40m² apartment in the centre of Limenas, Thassos. 1 bedroom witha 1,80x2,00m doublebed, living room, sofa with bed function for 2 persons (1,50x2,00m not recommended for two adults), WiFi, SAT-TV, etc available, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. Private parking for one car available (FANOULA2) on the property (parking at your own risk).

A cheerful, spacious semi - ground floor apartment just meters from the beach. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The living area has a medium sized sofa suitable for a small child if necessary The apartment is 45 sq. meters and is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.

Emerald Island Three-Bedroom Villa Private Pool

Fully equiped three bedroom villa with a separate bedroom, a living room , a dining area, a bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor  while on the first floor you can find another two seperate bedrooms with one bathroom more. On the outside area you can enjoy your own private pool with sunbeds .
