Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors barbeque and free wifi connection in a green and relaxing scenery. Di recente costruzione, al primo piano, con terrazza panoramica, gode di molteplici confort, all'interno di un residence privato di 4 unità con giardino di circa 4000 metri quadrati recintato. Il Residence Euriale è raggiungibile per mezzo di una strada non asfaltata di circa 1 km. Il Residence dispone di parcheggio privato gratuito. Godrete di un panorama mozzafiato che spazia sul fantastico Mare Egeo e Monte Athos.

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Το σπίτι μας φιλοξενεί άνετα έως 6 άτομα και προσφέρει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, άνετο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Το Porto Nuovo Studio 2 βρίσκεται στον λιμένα θασου στον 1ο όροφο με μπαλκόνι μόλις 50 μέτρα από το νέο λιμάνι, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του λιμένα και από την παραλία! Εχει ελεύθερο παρκινγκ γύρω. Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος και απέχει 2 λεπτά από τα supermarkets Lidl, Μασούτης. Το Studio αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο με διπλό κρεβατι και καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβατι.Έχει κουζινάκι με κεραμική εστία και ξεχωριστό μπάνιο! Διαθέτει TV 32” με Wi-Fi Netflix , YouTube.

The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.
