Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες, Καλώς ήρθατε στη μαγευτική μας εξοχική κατοικία, όπου η παράδοση συναντά τη σύγχρονη αισθητική! Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιά, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό πλάτανο. A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking.
