With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. There is shoreline access across the road from us at West Park about a mile away. Famous Little Traverse Wheelway trail is across from us. See below for pet info. ($25 flat fee)

The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
