The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. A warm sweet private studio near Sea-Tac Airport! Just a 10 mins drive to the airport, 20 mins to Chinatown and Downtown Seattle. The owners live next door, please no loud noise after 11PM. For those guests who have electric car need to be charge, please let the owner (who lives next door) or the host know so we can arrange the outlet for you to charge your car and we do charge $20 dollar per day. We will charge extra $50 dollars for very messy room.
