Its prime location in the Short North is in easy reach of OSU and DT on foot or by bus. I expect guests to read my entire listing before booking & printed manual upon arrival, so that expectations are clear. As of 12/2022, the apt. feature a fully renovated bathroom. This is my home--not a hotel. I welcome all who know how to be good house guests.
